Services and rates

Build your rate card, create your own services and fill your portfolio, all visible to organizers.

Goal

The My services page gathers what you sell and at what price: your Rate card (your packages and their rates), your photo Portfolio and the services you created yourself. Visible rates and your photos appear on your public page. If you are an event planner, you find this screen in My catalog, under Packages and portfolio.

Steps

  1. Open My services in the menu (event planner: My catalog, then Packages and portfolio).
  2. In Rate card, click Add a rate and choose the Service it applies to: the list offers the common services of your categories, plus the ones you created.
  3. Fill in the Title (for example “Discovery package”), the Description (optional), the Price and its currency, the Unit (hour, person, flat rate, unit or day) and the Quantity: a price “for 20 people” is entered with the person unit and a quantity of 20.
  4. Leave Visible to organizers on to publish the rate, or turn it off to keep it aside: it then shows the Hidden badge. Click Save.
  5. To change a rate, click Edit rate; the bin icon deletes it.
  6. In Portfolio, click Add a photo (JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF), then Add a caption under a photo if you wish. The maximum number of photos is shown at the top of the card.
  7. Your service is not in the list? In Create a service, choose the Category, type the Service name and click Create service. It becomes available for your rates, and you can later Rename or delete it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I remove a rate from my page without losing it? Edit it and turn off Visible to organizers. It stays in your rate card with the Hidden badge, ready to be published again.

Why can't I delete a service I created? As long as it has rates, deletion is refused. Delete its rates first, then the service.

Can I move an existing rate to another service? No, a rate's service cannot be changed after it is created. Create a new rate on the right service, then delete the old one.

Can I rename a common service of my category? No: only the services you created can be renamed or deleted. Common services belong to the platform's shared list.
