Dashboard

Goal

The Dashboard is the page you land on after signing in. It gathers what is waiting for you, your key figures, your upcoming services, your latest reviews and shortcuts to the screens you use most.

Steps

1. Open Dashboard in the menu.
2. To handle now lists the booking requests waiting for your answer, oldest first, with the service date and how long each has been waiting. Click a request to open it directly in the Bookings page.
3. The key figures sum up your activity: Pending requests, Services in the next 30 days, Response rate, Collected this month, To collect (issued invoices not paid yet) and Average rating.
4. Upcoming services shows your accepted requests and upcoming manual bookings; See the schedule opens the full schedule.
5. Complete your profile lists the steps still missing: description, categories, service area, price list, portfolio, opening hours and, when online payments are available, your Stripe account. Each line leads to the screen where you complete it.
6. Latest reviews shows the most recent reviews left by your clients.
7. Shortcuts: Manual booking, Availability, Customize my page and See my public page.

Frequently asked questions

How is the response rate calculated? Over the last 90 days: the requests you answered (accepted or declined), divided by those that were waiting for an answer. A request received less than 48 hours ago, or cancelled by the organizer before you answered, is not counted.

Why is a request's waiting time highlighted? From two days of waiting, the request is flagged: after 48 hours without an answer, it weighs on your response rate.

Why are my amounts shown on several lines? Amounts are shown per currency and never added up across currencies: one line per currency used in your invoices.

The “Complete your profile” block is gone. All the steps are done: the block only shows while something is left to complete.
