Availability

Set your usual hours and add your exceptions — holidays, public holidays, one-off openings.

Updated on September 29, 2026

Goal

The My availability page tells organizers when you work: your Weekly hours, that is your usual week, and your Exceptions (holidays, days off, one-off openings), which take precedence over those hours. Your hours are shown on your public page. If you are an event planner, you find this screen in My catalog, under Opening hours.

Steps

  1. Open My availability in the menu (event planner: My catalog, then Opening hours).
  2. In Weekly hours, open or close each day of the week with its switch (Open / Closed).
  3. For each open day, enter a Morning and/or Afternoon range, with a start and an end time. The afternoon cannot start before the morning ends.
  4. Click Save. The button becomes available as soon as you have changed something and every range is complete.
  5. In Exceptions, select a day on the calendar, or a period (first day, then last day).
  6. Choose the Type — Closed or Exceptionally open —, add a Reason (optional), then click Add an exception.
  7. Your exceptions are listed under the calendar and shown as dots on the calendar: red for a closed day, green for a one-off opening. The bin icon deletes one.

Frequently asked questions

Can organizers see the reason for an exception? No. Your public page says you are unavailable that day, never why: the reason stays a note for yourself.

Does a manual booking block my calendar? Yes. A day with a confirmed manual booking shows as unavailable to organizers, whatever your hours or exceptions.

I have not set any hours yet: what do organizers see? A day without hours counts as closed: rather than showing a made-up availability, your page shows you as unavailable. Set your usual week to appear available on the days you work.
