Calendar

See on a single calendar everything dated for your events and those an event planner organizes for you.

Goal

The Calendar gathers, for all your events, the moments (★ the main moment, and those "on the same day"), task due dates, times on the day, appointments (tasting, fitting, meeting the officiant…) and the payment installments of accepted quotes. Events an event planner organizes for you are there too, with their moments and times. It is the same information as each event's Calendar tab, for all of them at once.

Steps

  1. Open Calendar in the menu.
  2. Pick a view: Month, Week, Day or List (the 30 days from the displayed date). Your choice is saved on your account; without one, a phone opens the List.
  3. Move with the Previous period and Next period arrows, go back to Today, or open Go to a date. With the keyboard: left and right arrows change the period, T goes to today.
  4. Filter with the Event, Type (moments, due dates, times and appointments, payments) and Service lists.
  5. Read the Legend: each type has its color and icon, and its label is written on every item ("Due · …", "Appt · …", "Payment #1 · …").
  6. Click an item to open it: a task or moment opens in its event's Plan; an event organized for you opens in your client space.
  7. In Month view, drag the due date of a task of one of your events to another day to move it: it becomes manual and no longer follows its moment.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't a task show up? It has neither a due date nor a time, its date falls outside the displayed period, or it (or its event) was cancelled. A done task no longer has a due date.

Why can't I move some items? Only the due dates of your own events' tasks can be moved. An event organized for you by an event planner is read only: it carries the Organized for you badge in List view.

Why don't I see the due dates or payments of an event organized for me? Your client space shows the event's moments and times; its internal organization (due dates, payments to providers) stays with your event planner.
