My catalog

Present what you deliver yourself — packages, portfolio, opening hours — internally for your clients or listed in the directory to receive requests.

Goal

My catalog is your provider activity: what you deliver in-house (venue, catering, decoration…), with your packages and their prices, your portfolio and your opening hours. It is internal by default — offered to your clients only, not listed in the directory — and you can list it in the directory: your page then receives requests like a provider's.

Steps

  1. Open My catalog from the menu. The first time, tick under Catalog trades the trades you run in-house, then click Create my catalog. It reuses the name, area and introduction from your profile.
  2. Set its visibility with the List in the directory switch: off, the catalog stays internal; on, your page appears in the directory and the See the public page link shows up.
  3. In the My page card, complete what organizers see: Presentation, Categories and Service area (Edit button), cover photo, highlights, frequently asked questions and page sections.
  4. If the page is listed but incomplete, the card tells you what is missing to appear in the directory (a long enough presentation, at least one category, your service area).
  5. Click Customize my page to open the full editor of your public page (see "My public page").
  6. Carry on in the catalog sections: Packages and portfolio (your services, their prices and your photos), Opening hours (your opening days and hours) and Received requests (requests from organizers, once listed).
  7. To bill a package to a client, open a task of one of their events with Organize the task, pick In-house (me or my team), then the package in Package from your catalog: it pre-fills the price billed to the client.

Frequently asked questions

What does "internal" mean? Your catalog is offered to your clients only and does not appear in the directory. You can still use your packages in your events' tasks.

How do I remove my catalog from the directory? Turn off List in the directory: the catalog becomes internal again. You can list it again at any time.

Where do organizers' requests arrive? In Received requests, from this page. The conversation with the organizer is then in your Messages.

My page is hidden by moderation? The My page card gives the reason. Contact the support to restore it.
